This is considered a dry sanitation because it is closed. You have 2 minutes to set-up this station, it is advisable to have all of your supplies rolled in the towel and taped closed.

Because of the time constraints (10 minutes) for initial set-up of station, you should combine the set-up & thermal all in one.
